You can cancel your Transaction for Refund unless the funds have already been paid out to the Recipient. CambioReal will make every effort not to debit your Payment Instrument after it has received your request for cancellation. However, in some cases, CambioReal may have initiated an irreversible request for funds from your financial institution prior to receiving your request for cancellation. In such cases, your Payment Instrument may be debited even if you have cancelled your Transaction. CambioReal will refund your money usually two business days after CambioReal has received the funds from your financial institution. You will receive a Full Refund if the financial correspondent is not able to make a deposit to the recipient's account given correct account information. You will be charged a $50 fee and will receive a refund of the remaining amount if a transaction in process is cancelled and customer's account was debited or if recipient's account information was given wrong and after more than one attempt of deposit you decide to cancel the transaction.
